Owner & Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Summer Squillacioti, OTD, OTR/L
Dr. Summer Squillacioti is the Owner and Founder of Playful Paths Pediatric Therapy, a sensory-based occupational therapy clinic located in downtown Winter Garden, Florida.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University of Florida, followed by a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. She also holds a certification in Sensory Integration from the University of Southern California, deepening her expertise in working with children who experience sensory processing and motor coordination challenges.

Throughout her career, Dr. Summer has worked in diverse pediatric settings—including outpatient clinics, private schools, and early childhood centers—before opening her own practice. While working in these environments, she observed how families often struggled to carry over the progress made in therapy into everyday routines. To bridge that gap, she founded Playful Paths Pediatric Therapy, creating a space where children can learn, move, and grow through meaningful play.

Dedicated to ongoing professional growth, Dr. Summer has completed advanced training in Sensory Integration, Reflex Integration including MNRI (Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration) and RMTi (Rhythmic Movement Training International), and the iLs Listening Program. Summer is also a certified yoga instructor, helping her to further connect the physical and emotional bodies to allow her clients to thrive in their daily life. Her goal is to support each child’s growth in a nurturing and engaging environment, helping them reach their fullest potential.

When she’s not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, park hopping around Disney, or exploring local farmers markets.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Jordan Banish, MOT, OTR/L
Ms. Jordan is a Licensed Occupational Therapist at Playful Paths Pediatric Therapy, where she brings her passion for helping children grow, connect, and succeed through meaningful play.

Jordan earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Before becoming an OT, she spent four years working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, supporting children in developing emotional regulation, communication, and social skills. This experience deeply shaped her holistic approach—blending sensory integration, emotional development, and functional skill-building to support the whole child.

At Playful Paths, Jordan utilizes a sensory-integrative and reflex-based approach, focusing on the connection between the body and brain to help children thrive in their everyday lives. She is Handwriting Without Tears certified and enjoys making handwriting practice fun, creative, and confidence-boosting.

Jordan believes progress happens best when therapy feels joyful and collaborative. She values building strong partnerships with families and empowering parents to carry strategies into daily routines—turning small moments into big developmental wins.

When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Jordan diving into a good book with a cozy cup of coffee or serving with children and youth at her church!
